MODULE 5 — Delivery Procedures Step by Step

Step-by-Step Delivery Procedure

At Pickup:

  1. Arrive at the merchant location on time
  2. Identify yourself as a FreshX driver
  3. Review the order details in the app
  4. Inspect items for freshness and packaging quality
  5. Accept the pickup in the app once satisfied
  6. Handle and secure items carefully in your vehicle
  7. Proceed to the delivery address

At Delivery:

  1. Navigate to the recipient's address using the in-app map
  2. Contact the recipient upon arrival via the in-app call feature
  3. Hand over the order carefully and professionally
  4. Capture a photo confirmation through the app
  5. Mark the delivery as complete in the app
  6. Declare any toll charges incurred during the journey

If Delivery Fails:

  1. Attempt to contact the recipient via in-app call
  2. If unreachable, immediately contact the merchant (sender)
  3. Await instructions from the merchant
  4. If unable to leave items — return to merchant
  5. Report the failed delivery through the app
  6. An 80% return delivery charge will be applied to the order
